Buhari lambasts Nigerians, says change isn’t about economic progress

CBN to borrow $3.02 billion in three months

The Central Bank of Nigeria is wanting to get the aggregate of $3.02bn with new issues of Treasury Bills from September 15 to December 1, 2016.
