Kachikwu: $40b down the drain in Niger Delta

He told the rulers who went to him in Abuja that he (the priest) went round the rivulets and found no foundation that mirrors the cash dispensed to the area through the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) or the 13 for each penny inference from the Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC).

The conventional rulers had in their joint presentation read by Bolowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Chief Wellington O. Okrika, requested a Federal Government exchange group. This, they said, will give them trust in the peace moves in the Niger Delta.

The gathering requested the arrival of the 10 "honest" school youngsters captured by the armed force on May 28 in Oporoza and others on "fabricated charges".

The rulers requested for the arrival of the Golden Sword, the image of power of the Gbaramatu customary foundation, and the three conventional board speed water crafts in the armed force's authority.
